WHAT WILL THIS COST ME?
Nothing, this is not my career. Photography is simply my creative outlet, a form of artistic expression. I am selective about whom I photograph because these shoots cost me money in supplies and processing. Since I only photograph those I want to, there is no charge for the sitting. I also provide the model with a set of professional quality, portfolio style prints free of charge. While I am not out for profit, I am also not trying to break myself. If you do want reprints or enlargements I simply ask that you pay cost for them, no markups.

I REALLY DON'T WANT TO BE A PROFESSIONAL MODEL...
I am not asking you to choose a career in modeling. I'm simply providing an opportunity for you to experience a shoot once. When it's over, if you would like to go further in the field, you have a set of photos to work with. If not, you still have the photos to give as gifts to friends, family, girlfriends, boyfriends...

WILL I FIND MY PHOTOS POSTED ALL OVER THE INTERNET?
I take steps to prevent the unauthorized use of my images. I watermark the scan with my website information so they won't be posted places they shouldn't be. Being associated with the "adult" industry could damage my credibility and destroy any name I have already worked at making for myself.

WHAT CAN I EXPECT DURING THE SHOOT?
My sessions are very laid back and comfortable. We'll meet, go to the location we're going to shoot, and begin. You'll stand relaxed, we'll chat, and I'll direct you to move certain ways, look specific directions, etc… I try to keep the atmosphere comfortable and fun for both of us. I try to have a good time and help you to enjoy the experience. I try to get you involved in the creative process by asking for your input and ideas for poses and such. If you have any ideas, feel free to speak up. After the shoot, generally within a couple days, I will furnish you with a CD from the shoot.

I'M REALLY BUSY AND DON'T HAVE A LOT OF TIME. HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE?
That all depends on how the shoot is going, your availability, and mine. I can generally work my schedule around to accommodate your availability. I ask we plan a time when you have at least a couple of hours free, just in case we have more ideas or just don't want to stop.

DO YOU PROVIDE WARDROBE?
Generally, no. As far as wardrobe is concerned, I like to use the model's own clothes. I'll participate in choosing the specific outfits, but I generally prefer my models feel comfortable. I have an artistic vision of my own that I like share through my photography. What makes it special is the inclusion of the model's influences and styles. We will discuss many outfits and I will probably ask you to bring several different items with you. On some occasions, when I have specific ideas or unusual shots planned, I would provide some props and/or wardrobe pieces.

WHAT ABOUT MAKEUP AND HAIRSTYLING?
No, the main underlying theme of my work is natural, and raw. I shoot under available light, in rough surroundings, with no makeup. At best, I might provide suggestions for styling. If you want professional makeup and styling please feel free to bring someone along skilled in these areas.

I DON'T LIVE NEAR YOU, HOW DOES THIS WORK?
Unless you want to travel to the my area, I can generally come to you. In some cases we might agree on a location between us to meet instead.

BUT I'M TOO SKINNY, OLD, UGLY, ETC...
All I have to say is that I picked you for a reason. You must have some quality that makes me want to work with you. As I have said, these sessions do cost me money and time. I wouldn't waste either if I didn't think it was worthwhile.

DO I HAVE TO SHOOT NUDES?
No. Full nudity is not a requirement for the shoot. I'm not saying that I wouldn't like the option of shooting nudes, but will I force you to strip naked? No.
